Linking Karumba was a live project conducted in remote north Queensland over the course of 2 weeks. The project aimed to address extreme site conditions through a strategic proposal for sustainable ongoing settlement into the future.

The field work included intensive community consultation and design development while in residence in a Karumba community space. The research included gaining - through direct contact and and discussion - detailed perspectives from government, farmers, industry, traditional owners, tourists and the general public
